Psychological tests and interviews key uses and applications in the selection and integration of companies

Nowadays, psychological testing proves a useful tool to aid successful recruitment processes. Psychological test are meant to asses skills, competences and psychological traits of candidates for a job. This article has 3 main objectives: first, to make psychological test known; second, to highlight the importance of a good interview and assessment processes; and finally, to provide guidelines in order to enhance eligibility for entry-level candidates.
