Design/methodology: The paradigm is qualitative, the recollection of information was made through a Systematic Review of Literature (SRL) in several free access academic databases, all through a critical reading for the analysis of the data collected.
Results: It demonstrates that the POS is an antecedent of the Organizational Commitment, capable of increasing the productivity of the company.
