This work addresses the main criteria established by the Chilean Supreme Court in matters of Family Law according to the jurisprudence issued by that body between 2020 and 2025, available in the Unified Search Engine of Judgments of the Judiciary; concluding that the normative interpretation carried out in light of international human rights treaties and international standards, as well as the application of general principles, have allowed a progressive evolution both in the recognition of diverse family realities and in the protection of the fundamental rights of the most vulnerable members of the family.
