Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the psychological types and learning styles of Economic and Administrative Science students in Chile. A quantitative study with 231 undergraduate students was carried out, based on the questionnaires of personality types developed by Myers-Briggs (1962) and learning styles proposed by Kolb(1984). The investigation allowed having a first approximation to the differences and similarities in the personality types and learning styles of 3 undergraduate programs in a Faculty of Economic and Administrative Science in Chile. Qualitative studies that analyze personality types and learning styles in Business School students represent an opportunity for triangulation and future knowledge of the topic.
