INTEGRATED HEALTH SERVICES NETWORKS: PROPOSAL OF INDICATORS TO INTEGRATE THE HEALTH CARE NETWORK OF TALCAHUANO HEALTH SERVICE

Abstract

The research design seeks to make a significant contribution to the debate on the strategies to be considered for the promotion of the integration of care networks, through the analysis of a practical case. This research aims to provide theoretical support to the reality perceived by the organization in relation to the acquired fragmentation, where the results support the processes diagnosed as key in the network and therefore, as a main goal, to increase its levels of integration. As a result of the proposed research, a proposal for an evaluation system based on health management indicators will be developed, with the aim of increasing the levels of integration determined in the diagnosis made, in order to improve the implementation of the RISS model in the Talcahuano Health Service.
