Governmental transparency strengthens the relationship between administration and citizens, preventing corruption and encouraging participation. In Chile, the Transparency Law (Law No. 20,285) guarantees access to public information, with defined response times from the state. Effectiveness depends on how institutions handle requests. This study examines compliance in the Ñuble region, considering requests from 2019 to 2022. The database, acquired through a transparency request, displays records and response times. Results, in annual comparative tables, show efficiency by agency and category. The analysis reveals trends and areas for improvement, providing data to optimize practices in Ñuble.
