Abstract

During the execution of substitute penalties, a series of discussions arise regarding the application of the institution of breach contemplated in article 27 of Law 18.216, discussions that can be addressed and eventually resolved on the basis of an interpretation of the norm from the purposes of the penalty that underlie this regulation.
