New Edition No. 257 - 2025, 1° sem. - UNIVERSITY OF CONCEPCIÓN LAW REVIEW - THEMATIC ISSUE

Dear community:

We are pleased to announce that we have published our 257th Edition of the Universidad de Concepción Law Review for the entire academic and legal community. We thus continue a task begun by our predecessors in 1933 and maintained uninterruptedly to this day, constituting the oldest university law journal currently circulating in Chile and one of the oldest of its kind in Latin America, currently indexed in the Latindex, DOAJ, and Scielo Chile catalogs.

In this thematic issue, we highlight the work of the 20th National Conference on Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences, in honor of Professor Alfredo Etcheberry, held at our university on November 6, 7, and 8, 2024, with new topics developed by prominent national and international academics.

Thus, published original research papers are available on our website, with open and free access. These research papers can be consulted and downloaded at: http://revistadederecho.udec.cl/

Our Journal receives original and unpublished papers and research throughout the year, without a specific topic. We invite you to submit your papers and research, and to learn about our Editorial Guidelines available on our website.
