The present study aims to provide a theoretical conceptual framework in the event that Chile regulated the cannabis market taking as reference the ideologies, the social and regulatory models and the principal specific measures relating to drug policy. In the design of Chilean regulatory model, an adequate balance between moral, instrumental, and economic objectives is essential. Based on this conflict, two models (commercial and non-commercial) are opposed, however, we are dealing with a matter of degree, so there is a wide range of regulatory possibilities.Downloads
