This paper proposes the development of a Geolaw from the Brazilian geopolitical perspective. It intends to examine the multidisciplinary epistemological connection that unites law and geopolitics, disciplines that are intertwined in such a way that they end up guaranteeing the fundamental rights of ordinary citizens. This means that the search for national development must be carried out without straying from the pillars of the sustainability of a true Democratic State of Law. It is therefore in line with this that this article aspires to contribute to the opening of new spaces for scientific reflection within constitutional theory, making it take a higher flight towards a so-called strategic constitutionalism, which adds to postpositivist constitutionalism.Downloads
