Abstract

In Chile and Colombia, there is significant aging, a phenomenon that impacts the social and economic projections of the countries and sets important challenges for the care of the elderly population. According to this, this article presents a brief overview of population growth projections to identify the current state of public policy and the challenges of this demographic change.
