What ist the epistemic two-dimensionalism?

Abstract

This works presents the main lines of Epistemic Bi-Dimensionalism recently defended by David Chalmers, discussing, in particular, the motivations that the Scheme is supposed to serve, in the connection between metaphysical modality with epistemic modality, and the differences that this schema has with other contextualist bi-dimensionalist semantics. It will be shown that the argumentations so far presented by the defenders of Bi-Dimensionalism have not even purported to achieve the objectives of the ambitious program.
