Abstract

This essay reconsiders (and shows an exit to) the practices of writings that constitute what Roberto Gonzalez Echevarría named the archive of the Latin-American literature. First I indicate that archive does not consider the nomos (power), seize, regulation and historical distribution of the land (Latin America in this case), and it appealed exotically to the national and continental literature, allowing and supporting that a relation geo-historical should have developed an essentialist relation. It from a rhetoric of the innocence that allowed to conceal the violence that carries any act fundacional.
