HYBRIDITY IN THE NOVEL EL QUE MERODEA EN LA LLUVIA: THE SCIENCE FICTION MONSTER
Keywords:

Hugo Correa’s works are characterized by presenting features of multiple genres, not only the genre to which his narrative is ascribed, science fiction. This quality problematizes his relationship with the science fiction genre. This allows me to postulate that his novel, El que merodea en la lluvia, is crossed by hybridity, transforming Correa’s science fiction into a monstrous genre, in metaphorical relation with the Prowler.
