Abstract

This article shows that the philosophical concern about human destiny is constantly present in Jorge Millas' work, from his book Idea de la Individualidad to his essay Fundamentación de los Derechos Humanos, expresses a reflection focused on the individual. The philosophical quest for transforming man into something untouchable and for making Human Rights the moral and legal regulator designed to enable each individual to realize his destiny, are the privileged axes in the presentation and consideration of Millas' stance.
