Abstract

During for year II (July of 1793 - June of 1794) of the French Revolution, Maximilien Robespierre, leader of the Jacobinos, to direct the destiny of the rising republic. Strongly influenced philosophic and policily by Jean Jacques Rousseau, Robespierre to exercised the power bias of speech in the Legislative Assembly and exercing the revolutionary violence how mean of safeguard the democracy and the revolutionary ideals. The period in study is known like the Terror. The relationship of power and the building of speech of power to established during for the year II is our theme of analisys.
