THE INFLUENCE OF THE WORKSHOP TECHNIQUE IN NURSING STUDENTS' LEARNING RETENTION

This experimental investigation refered to the comprobation of influence of the “Works Technic" in learning retention in nursing students about educative objetivs, was realized in 53 students of the forth year. A test was applied as a evaluation instrument, in three diferent moments: at the begining of the process, at the end of the didactic unit and three months later. The quantification was centesimal. The statistic analysis of data was made through the "t” student method.
According to the results we conclude: 1. The “Work Technic'’ has a significative highly influence in increase and retention on learning in nursing students about educative objetives. 2. There are significative diferences in learning retention in nursing students in comprehension, synthesis and with less significance in analysis and evaluation.
