Abstract

The paradoxes and warnings of the utopian fiction are the substrate of the story “Utopia of the man who is tired” by Jorge Luis Borges. When the ways do not want to arrive nowhere, labyrinths become. The temporality becomes monstrous and the space, homogenous until the boredom. Nevertheless, there where the identity is a fatigue, the author is precursory of the thesis of Piglia, Literature is a deprived form of utopia, or, is a laboratory of the possible thing.
