El The metropolitan area of Guadalajara: urban route and political-institutional journey

Abstract

This work studies the urban and political-institutional process of the metropolitan area of Guadalajara (amg). To achieve this goal, a demographic and territorial description is made, on the one hand, and traces the political-institutional framework to plan, manage and make this urban area more governable, on the other.
