Abstract

The aim of this work was to demonstrate the reliability and construct validity of 3 factors out of 10 measurements on the Q-Labor 56 scale, developed to measure quality of work life. The random sample included 31 nurses from Las higueras hospital in Talcahuano. Data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. Significant results were found with adequate reliability and validity for the application of the above mentioned scale in the investigation “Quality of Work Life in Nurses in a General hospital”.
