Objective: To describe the development and validation of an informative website for managing people with psychomotor agitation with or without aggressive behavior. Material and Method: Methodological study of the development of health technology, which went through the following stages: literature review, development of the technology and
evaluation of the content proposed by Clement Mok. The development involved the use of Microsoft Office Word, Adobe® Photoshop CC, HyperText Markup Language, Cascading Style Sheets, Safari and Google Chrome. A minimum Content Validation Index (CVI) of 0.78 was adopted for agreement. The first round of validation was conducted between August and October 2021 and the second between January and February 2022, both with the
participation of 10 experts. Results: The structure and content of the website illustrate the description of the concept of agitation, aggression and violence, environmental and
behavioral management conducts, health conditions, psychomotor agitation predictor conditions/factors and worsening risks, in addition to the e-learning video structured in three scenes simulating inadequate and adequate management and the synthesis of the content. Of the 28 questions evaluated, 27 had values above 0.800. In terms of content validation, Cronbach's alpha was 0.979% and the average final Content Validation Index was 0.900.
Conclusion: The website showed indications of adequate validity, which suggests that it has the potential to be added to care, training and education spaces.
