THE INFLUENCE OF THE WORKSHOP TECHNIQUE IN NURSING STUDENTS' LEARNING RETENTION

The aim of this exploratory and descriptive study was identify in the UEM's workers who enroled to the Ambutatory Assistance Program to the Hypertensive, the models of beliefs in healt which interferes positively or negatively in he adoption of actions to a healthy behavior, represented by the participation to the program. The study comprised a group of 41 subjects (80,4%) selected by a nonstatistical sample test. The results revealed that the majority of subjects adopted preventive behavior and the following variables as susceptibility, gravity, benefits and motivational events showed different levels of importance, so that more disturbed habits of life are related to feeding, smoke and alcoholic drinks.
