DISCOVERING THE SELF OF A COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSE

Abstract

The objective of this research was: to understand the structure of the self phenomenon, of the community health nurses in the province of Trujillo Perú. To accomplish this objetive, the qualitative methodology of phenomenological approach whose proposition is to look for the essence of lived experience; through the naive descriptions of the professionals is used.
Twenty - four discussions were held, which were submitted to an ideographic analysis; later there was a search for common convergences, through a process of reflecction and topic graphing discovering in this form the phenomenon investigated, which consists in the self structure; seen from two life experience sides: Life self experience and professional self experience.
