SELF-ACTUALIZATION AND EDUCATION IN NURSING. RESEARCH RESULTS

This is the second issue of two and describes the findings of an experimental research of pre and post-test with a control group, to determine the effect that a woskshop of a Human Interaction Laboratory of nursing students regarding Self-actualization. Shostrom's "Personal Orientarion Inventory", P.O.L, is used, validated for Chile by Celis et al. (1976). The experimental and control groups are formed by 102 and 40 nursing students each from the Concepción and Bio-Bio of Chilean seat Universities, respectively. In the previous issue using the "t" student, it is seen that in the pre test data the group does not show statistically significan! differences, ideal condition to develop the outline established in this study. The present paper pretends to show the final finding and its nursing education implicances.
