The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and revealed knowledge that nurses have on the subject, as well as conceptual controversies that emerge from academia. Results: The systematization was associated by the subject to a sequence of standardized steps that aim to care management, a form of service organization and health planning. However, something little in the literature, systematic, was sometimes mistaken as a new model of care. Conclusion: Controversies and deficits in articulation between training institutions and health in relation to the approach in schools were noted.
