The Journal of Oral Research continues with its continuous publication format. This presents a challenge for the editorial team, requiring a greater commitment to the community and all stakeholders involved in the scientific research communication process. We strive to optimize the availability of manuscripts once they are ready for publication and continue to offer a free platform where findings and innovations in all areas of dentistry can be explored, thus fulfilling the Journal's role in the broad dissemination of open science.
