The 5 Hydroelectric Power Stations building project in Aysén Region, South of Chile, is facing a socio environmental tension. This project, developed by the companies ENDESA and COLBÚN, is being transformed into a socio environmental conflict with an increasing complexity. Thus, the characteristics of its variables, requires identifying and analyzing them according to the intervening causes, context, conditions, properties, dimensions, strategies and possible consequences. The previous elements are observed considering the discourse of the social actors involved in the project.
