Abstract

The objective of this work is to address the abusive commercial practices directed at the consumer, that is, those that violate their dignity, as a general category of illicit practices, formulating a notion, examining its foundation and regulation in the different consumer statutes and systematizing them in general terms and, specifically, in Chilean law.
