Abstract

The presents your as porpuse reflect environment the implementation the implementation Decree 67 that modifies the mechanisms the evaluation in the evaluation educational establishments in Chile.

The analysis focuses on the provisions of the regulations and the way of evaluating learning redirecting the evaluation instrument, and revealing feedback as the practice that has the greatest impact on educational processes.

The central focus is to advance towards a greater pedagogical use of evaluation, to reduce repetition through greater accompaniment to students. Undoubtedly, in a complex paradigm change that confronts management teams,

teachers, professional assistants in education and students in evaluation processes. The conclusions around the reflections address: What is necessary to know regarding the new decree? What criteria to focus for its implementation?

This new regulatory approach, considering its implementation in the process evaluation. Based on this analysis, we can conclude that the implementation of decree 67 by the Ministry of Education constitutes a factor of great impact that must be aligned and be consistent with the labels of educational institutions, coinciding with improving educational quality, greater motivation of students to their evaluation process, reduction of repetition and finally the strengthening of public education in Chile.
