The accelerated aging of the global population has increased the demand for technologies that enhance the abilities and living conditions of older adults. This study aimed to develop a customized model for energy generation in smart textiles, integrating vibratory stimulation devices and energy generators to optimize user experience and efficiency. An optimization framework was designed to determine the ideal configuration of batteries and devices according to users’ occupation, alongside an efficient production model for the customization of smart textiles. The results demonstrated significant improvements in device performance, energy management, and production efficiency, while enhancing user comfort and usability. These findings indicate that the proposed model is a feasible and effective solution for applied gerontology. Overall, the study suggests that personalized smart textiles can improve the quality of life of older adults, offering a scalable approach for wearable technologies in healthcare and assistive applications, and highlighting their potential for widespread adoption in elderly care.
