The project was carried out in a company in the fruit sector (berries) located in Michoacán, Mexico in which areas of opportunity were detected in the application of ergonomic aspects required by the norm NOM-036-1-STPS-2018, whereby, the objective is to carry out an evaluation of the level of risk involved in the manual handling of loads in the operational processes. It’s about a descriptive study that includes the application of the MAC, RULA, FCD, as well as the use of a thoracic band and pulsometer that allowed to obtain the percentage of cardiovascular load. It was detected that the area with de highest level of risk was stowage from which a medium level of risk was obtained by the MAC method and furthermore by the RULA method, FCD model and in its percentage of cardiovascular load a high level of risk. Whit the evaluation gives rise to a recommendation to reduce or eradicate the risks that can be had.
